Any changes must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. Otherwise, the full lesson fee will be charged as a late cancellation fee. Notifications must be sent through one of Vietnamese 102 Center's official channels: Zalo, WhatsApp, Line or Email.

If the instructor needs to cancel a class, he or she must inform the learner directly via one of the official channels (Zalo, WhatsApp, Line or Email) at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. Otherwise, the instructor will be required to arrange a free make-up class at a time convenient for the learner, or provide a free upcoming class.

Learners or instructors, if come to the class late, must inform to each other via official channels belong to Vietnamese 102 center such as: Zalo, WhatsApp, Line as soon as possible, NO LATER THAN 30 minutes before the class starts.

The class will ends at the same time as the booking's schedule.

On the other hand, if the instructor does not receive any information from learner, he/she will wait for the learner within 15 minutes after the scheduled class start-time. After this 15 minutes, if the learner does not show up, the class will be cancelled and deducted as normally.

In case the learner confirms that he/she will be off from school for over three weeks: The maximum time to postpone the course is one (1) month for learner to stay in the same schedule and same Instructor. At the same time, the expired day of the course will be extended by adding the learner's actual pause time. After this duration of absence, learner and instructor will discuss to re-arrange the learning schedule which is suitable for both parties.

Learner can use this benefit one (1) time during the validity period of the course.

The payment is non-refundable.

Course payment must be completed fully 100% within three (3) days after signing up for the course contract.
