On the last Sunday of the lunar year 2023 (4 February, 2024), our learners and friends engaged in an unforgettable experience in the countryside making BÁNH TÉT which is the one of the traditional cakes for Tet holidays in Vietnam.
We just had the most incredible experience ever!
We ventured deep into the Vietnamese countryside, surrounded by pure atmosphere and warm hospitality. We got our hands dirty making Bánh Tét, a traditional rice cake, alongside local artisans who shared their age-old techniques and stories. It was a true cultural immersion, filled with laughter, learning, and of course, plenty of delicious food!
